Traditional handcrafted Mexican wooden Cacao whisks.


The Ancestral whisk is made by real secondary cocoa tree branches from the cocoa plantations of the Mayan Chontal cacao. 

This is a medium size, advisable to use it up to 8 cups of liquid (around 2 litres).

  • Natural handcrafted cacao molinillo have been used since the ancient Mayan civilizations. 

    The wooden whisk is dipped into the cacao drink, and both hands are used to spin it. It blends and whisks the ingredients, creating the natural bubbles, which it is known for.
